How does GPS time tracking work?
Simple Time uses geofencing technology to verify that team members are at the correct job site when they clock in. GPS coordinates are recorded, and if they are outside the geofence radius they receive a notification.
What devices does Simple Time work on?
Simple Time works on modern web browsers, iPhone and iPad, and Android phones and tablets.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features and no credit card required.
Is the mobile app subscription different from the web?
Yes. Simple Time is available as an in-app purchase on iPhone and Android, but mobile subscriptions use fixed seat packs instead of individual user licenses, and include a platform surcharge from Apple and Google. For the best per-user pricing and the most flexibility, we recommend subscribing on the web. If you’re currently on a mobile subscription and want to switch, cancel your in-app subscription first, wait for it to expire, then subscribe on the web.
How quickly can I get started?
